Private Lessons

Having a Private Pilates lesson is beneficial to any client but especially if you are suffering from an injury, have a postural problem or you are training for something, for example a sporting activity. Each client will receive a postural analysis that will help your instructor to discover which posture type you have, if you have any aches or pains, allowing both instructor and yourself to work towards achieving a neutral posture. During a private lesson your instructor will take you through an hour long equipment based workout that will be uniquely tailored to your body / posture type allowing you to achieve your goals at your own pace. Your instructor will be happy to work alongside any physiotherapist, osteopath or medical professional.

Semi Private Lessons

This workout is ideal if you would like to exercise with a friend or would like to use the studio equipment but may not have the budget for private lessons. The lesson will be an hour long using the full range of Pilates equipment and with the advantage of having just 2 of you in the lesson you will receive a workout that will be adaptable to both of your body types. Postural analysis is available on request.

Group Classes

All group classes are matwork based using small equipment such as foam rollers, fitness circles, balls etc. Your instructor will take you through a matwork class incorporating flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion taking the body through all ranges of movements.
Each class is an hour long and has no more than 8 clients, enabling your instructor to pay equal attention to each participant. If you have an injury or postural problem your instructor will be happy to modify any exercises so you are able to take part in all exercises.

Prepaid sessions are transferable but not refundable.
